Areteem Alumni Interviews

We invited several Alumni from past Areteem Programs to tell their experience at the programs, and give their insights on how those programs help them in their high school and college lives. These alumni are currently studying at Harvard, MIT, Columbia, University of Pennsylvania, and UC Berkeley.

Question 1: What math competitions did you take in high school and middle school? How did those competitions help you?

Question 2: How are math competitions different from standard tests like SAT and ACT?

Question 3: How are the math courses you took in high school relate to math competitions?

Question 4: Question about Core Competency: What courses did you take in High School? What is your GPA? How about SAT, SAT Subject Tests, ACT? Describe other extracurricular academic activities.
